What's the implementation timeline?+

Pilots typically go live in 1–2 weeks: one week for EHR connection and seed configuration, one week for tuning your scripts and voice. Practice and Enterprise rollouts are scoped during the demo.

Do you sign BAAs?+

Yes — SuproCare is a HIPAA business associate. We sign your BAA or provide ours, and we hold downstream BAAs with every subprocessor in the call path (Twilio/Retell, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, cloud host).

Which EHRs do you integrate with today?+

eClinicalWorks, Athena, Epic, and Cerner via HL7 FHIR R4. We also support MEDENT and AdvancedMD through partner connectors. Custom HL7 bridges are available on Enterprise.

Can the voice agent transfer to a live person?+

Yes. The agent escalates explicit human requests, emergencies, and any case outside its scope. Conversation context — who the caller is, what they wanted — transfers to the receiving staff member.

Can you sound like our existing receptionist?+

On Practice and Enterprise, yes. We can clone an existing voice (with consent) or pick from a library of warm, professional voices tuned for healthcare.
